Four kinds of information
- Verified product facts come from identified sources and carry a checked date.
- Third-party ratings remain attached to their storefront, region, review count, and collection date.
- Editorial synthesis explains suitability and trade-offs without pretending to be a user rating.
- Community feedback will appear only after a moderated system and a meaningful submission threshold exist.
Unknown values
If a fact cannot be verified, the page will say “Unknown.” Missing information is not treated as “No,” and one storefront rating is never used as a substitute for another.
Sources and freshness
Product features, pricing, availability, privacy controls, and content rules are checked against first-party product documentation or official storefront listings where possible. Pages show when their underlying product facts were checked so readers can judge how current they are.
Recommendations
Best For pages publish their criteria and show both reasons for inclusion and material limitations. A Best Overall page will be published only after its evidence-based criteria are ready. Commercial relationships do not silently determine inclusion or order.
